How do I choose the right size trampoline for my backyard?
We recommend measuring your available yard space and ensuring there is a 6-foot clearance around the entire perimeter. For smaller yards, our 8-foot to 10-foot models are ideal, while larger families often prefer our 15-foot or oval models for maximum jumping space.
What safety features are included with Skywalker Trampolines?
All our trampolines feature our patented no-gap enclosure system, which attaches the net directly to the jump mat at each spring to eliminate dangerous gaps. Additionally, we use reinforced T-sockets for frame stability and UV-resistant materials for all safety padding.
How long does shipping take and how is it delivered?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Due to the weight of the steel frames, your trampoline may arrive in multiple boxes. Standard ground shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Are replacement parts available if my trampoline is out of warranty?
Yes, we carry a full inventory of genuine replacement parts including mats, springs, enclosure nets, and spring pads to ensure your trampoline remains safe and functional for years to come.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of the items, return shipping fees may apply unless the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect.
Is assembly difficult, and do I need special tools?
Our trampolines are designed for straightforward home assembly. Each unit comes with a spring pulling tool and a detailed instruction manual. Most models can be assembled by two adults in approximately 2 to 3 hours.
