At Skywalker Trampolines, we prioritize your family's safety and satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the trampoline and pack all components, including hardware and safety netting, into the original shipping boxes.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to each box and drop them off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment for completeness, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
